- Does your photographer only photograph my player?

- When will I get my Images?
- We only photograph those players that have registered for action photos. This allows us to get more and better photos for those families wanting quality action images. We minimally guarantee one game of coverage. The amount of photos depends on the sport, athlete's play time, position, weather, ect.
- Do you photograph my athlete in every game?
- Honestly, we simply can't photograph every game for every player registered. The resources we would need to do this would be cost prohibitive.
- Can I get my deposit back?
- The deposit represents your desire to secure our services & photographers, who work very hard to deliver great photos to exceed your expectations. The deposit is non refundable if the game was played and player was in the game. If there is an issue, please tell us during the event so we can try and make it right.
- When will I get my Images?
- After we edit and sort images, your images will be uploaded to your gallery and a text and email will be sent after for you to download. Images are only online for 3 months after the game, so download and save all your images so you have them for many years to come. You can also order prints from your gallery.
